Luke Perry
SCIENTIFIC LEAD
Luke is the Head of Research, Department of Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine, Monash Health, and inaugural Cardiac Anaesthesia Fellow at the Victorian Heart Hospital. He has published >80 articles in peer-reviewed journals, obtained >$9.4M in competitive grant funding as Chief Investigator, and is PI on numerous national and international randomised trials. He is a dedicated mentor having supervised >30 young scientists, many of whom have gone on to become emerging leaders in their fields.

Dhru Ramson
OPERATIONS LEAD
Dhru is General Surgeon and Medical Officer (Captain) in the New Zealand Army. His roles as Adjunct Research Associate at Monash University and Clinical Lecturer at the University of Otago allow him to explore his passion for surgical innovation and education of future practitioners. His research focuses on combat casualty care resuscitation and perioperative medicine, resulting in 20+ publications.

Andrew Silvers
CLINICAL LEAD
Andrew is the Inaugural Director of Anaesthesia at the Victorian Heart Hospital. He is committed to providing the best possible patient care and inspiring the same commitment to excellence in future generations. He has collaborated on high-impact research, resulting in numerous frequently cited publications and invitations to speak at national and international fora.

Noah Greifer, PhD
SENIOR STATISTICIAN
Noah is a statistical consultant at Harvard University with expertise in statistical methods for causal inference and software development. Noah received his PhD in quantitative psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has collaborated with researchers in a variety of disciplines, including medicine, public health, education, and public policy.

Greta Brooks
PROJECT MANAGER
Greta has a legal background and was previously a researcher at the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine. She has extensive project management experience across multiple sectors and is a driving force behind CARA. She is leading the implementation of research project management software for CARA attendees to promote seamless cross-collaboration and ensure alignment across teams.
